so i was on today. well i have been on all day, and i joined a squad at one point. it was a bunch of little kids, but i stayed anyway. so we go into a match and we lose. i was in 1st with like 21 kills and 3 deaths, everyone else in my squad didnt get above 5 kills or below 10 deaths. so i ask "you guys are noobs, aren't you? its all good. if we stick together you guys will definitely do better. teamwork is key in this game." to which this kid replies, "you suck, you noob."
OKAY! i suck? to top it off, the next match, HE goes 4 and 19 while the rest of my squad did decent. they listened to my advice and stuck together, while he went off and well , died a bunch.
not sure if this was his attempt at trolling, but i would be embarrassed if i did that badly.
what do you guys think. noobs getting cocky, or he was just an exception?

I went 35 and 5 got 2700 WP and a ten year old was telling me i suck. His score 75 WP 0 kills and 15 deaths.
Noobs are certianly getting cocky.

I would advise not calling them n00bs and instead calling them new players......that might reduce the amount of hate you got from the one kid.
And on the subject of your post, no, I think it's just the one kid......most of the newer people I squad with are well mannered fun individuals to squad with.

best one i heard was this guy trying to advise his squad about skirmish battle saying "well our team is sooo stupid, if we all used the rail gun installiations and shot the enemy ship all at the same time this battle would have been won by now!" ...im like :O "yeah stupid team huh" (push to talk) pphwwhwwhwahahahhaha hahahahahahaah!! lmaoi!

I can't count how many times some random Proto Heavy has joined my squad of corp members with room for 1 and then started complaining at me because I wasn't stuck to his ass with a repair tool.
B!tch, try not standing out in the open. I'm running a squad. I've got things to do like placing squad orders and making sure there are uplinks and nanohives on the ever-shifting front line. I'm not a Chubby Chaser unless I've decided I want to be a Chubby Chaser. |

I can testify to this.
Most of my corp are ''new players'' and even if they do pretty horrible while playing alone,when we are a squad and listen to me or my commanders we usually take down anyone....
Also , i sometimes run pub matches with some new players im mentoring for Gallente FW too, and they are pretty cool and chilled while just trying to honestly learn. |
