Here's an idea guys about weekly bonus skill points. Why not increase the cap for players with less lifetime skill points while decreasing the bonus cap for us guys with a ton of lifetime skill points.
Say you do this...
Players with 0-3000000 lifetime skill points give them a 800000 weekly bonus cap.
Players with 3000000-6000000 lifetime skill points give a 500000 weekly bonus cap.
Players with 6000000-12000000 lifetime skill points give a 300000 weekly bonus cap.
Players with 12000000-18000000 lifetime skill points give a 200000 weekly bonus cap.
Players with over 18000000 give a 100000 weekly bonus cap.
Maybe it could help bring in more players, keep them playing longer and level the playing field some against us proto stompers.
One more suggestion... Maybe a claymore remote and or proxy detonated anti armor and flux mines for use against organic/infantry targets.
Maybe an anti-infantry type mini missile swarm launcher that locks on to a single human target?

A points roll over system might work as an alternative

Ynvger, as always is on point with this suggestion. They definitely need something to help new players who are just coming into Dust a reason to stick it out when they are being destroyed by proto's. This idea could work when described to new players via tutorial. Excellent idea and you have already done the work for them. Keep them coming ynvger. |

i like a point roll-over system but i think a skill-multiplier system needs to be implimented.. for every consecutive win you (as an individual or as a squad entirely) recieve a +10% bonus to sp and then another +20% and then another +30% until you recieve a maximum of 100% after 10wins in a row or something along those lines |

You sir have HONOR , someone who admits to being a proto-stomper . How rare .
I like your ideal too but with lower numbers though . You don't want to give the people too much , it makes them spoil and lazy , also it decreases their drive and motivation . You wouldn't think so but it does and would . It would be like free money in the bank and most wouldn't know what to do with it . There would be too much experimentation and not enough focusing on what is needed to become more complete .
I see respec's in their future .

No no no no no.
There is no issue with low SP characters. You can get a proto suit weapon and modules to accompany them with 6 mill, not to mention they likely won't be able to afford proto suits so they'll be running advanced.
Noobs honestly just need to run in squads with non-noobs.
