Recently I decided to take a look at the starmap to see the Minmatar's territory in FW space. But I kept scrolling to the right and saw a few clusters saying they belong to the Jovian Empire
I took a further look and they all have a security status of 0.0
So I was wondering, are EVE pilots able to fly there? Has anyone attempted to in EVE?
What would happen if you did?

The Jovians are an important part of the backstory of Eve Online. Their region of space is strictly for developer access only and therefore no Eve player has access to that part of space. Not by stargate and not even by wormholes. This is where all the god-mode Devs hang out.
CCP, thank you for hotfixing the knives. But please make sure they're at their full potential in 1.7.

Which aswell explains how they are capable to strike the empires with incursions while their home system is in stain without having logistical issues. And the technology from sanshas are basically caldari (shields) and amarr (lasers) which makes them the second highest evolved power after the jovians. Incursions on eve are basically sansha troops who raid planets to abduct civilian population to turn them into true slaves.

There is an entire region yes. But there are no stargates to get into that region. So no, you cannot travel there. I'm not sure what they are doing about that, not sure why it hasn't been included the last 10 years...

Jovians turned off all gates into their systems. Jovians are the only race with beaconless cyno tech, everybody else needs to have an anchor point to lock onto before they can cyno a tunnel there.
While Jovian power technological prowess is still in question in relativity to other races we do know that sending slow ships to the empire is a one way trip and there is no way we can get a gate built in any of their viable systems without notice.
This is rumor the Sansha nation have conquered the Jove and is now staging all of their enslavement attacks from the region. However with no known ability to access the jove space and whatever technology jove used to prevent wormholes from popping in their systems is the same tech the Sansha are using to open them up on purpose.

No they gave the rest of the empires the implant technology, which research around cloning and improved implants lead to immortality. Jovians by their own admission have hit a technological dead end. They are incapable of advancing their technology any further or society Which is why the Jovian disease is being rather effective in wiping them out. So they turn to us, we who have yet to hit our dead ends and show no signs of getting even close to that aspect. Doomsday Weapons, Fulleride based ships (tech 3) immortal soldiers, all things Jovians never even considered developing.
Now there are some that were hostile towards us, the last major incident took nearly 400 eve battleships to destroy but that was about 10 years ago and our ships have upgraded a helluva a lot since then (we're approximately 200x more powerful than ships a decade ago.)

Considering how much more advanced the Jove are compared to the rest of EVE there is no way the Sansha could have concurred them. Even the might of the Amarr navy was crushed by a small amount of Jovian ships.the only reason we aren't all Jovian slaves is because of the Jovian disease. |

Back in the old EVE day's of being able to stack propulsion Mod's like multiple MicroWarpDrives we where able to hit near half warp speed's and self travel there. There are still some screenshot's from those day's of Jovian structures.
But for the last few year's it's been the exclusive playground for the Dev's of EVE... Jovian's back when EVE was young was gonna be the 5th race added... and where promised every new patch eventually it kinda died out because they couldnt find a way to fully balance out the ship's.
Eventually we will see some of their work be added but with the game lore about Jovian's and their technology it will be very hard for them to add it to them game.
We used to have a developer named TomB fly around in his green glowing Jovian battleship blowing up players throughout New Eden.. was a blast... we almost caught him with one trap. http://farm1.static.flickr.com/41/110542692_6294773d7c.jpg TomB http://dl.eve-files.com/media/0605/eidolon5.jpg ship |

What would happen if you did? There used to be an "exploit" regarding jump mechanics where players were able to get themselves into Jovian space. There they were able to acquire the Polaris skill books, required to fly Jovian ships. But a regular player could never train a Polaris skill due to the "recursive" requirements (i.e. you needed a Polaris skill to be able to train a Polaris skill).
