The history of the Revenant Reavers began thousands of years ago in the past, to a time when the Jovian's at the height of their power had created and embraced superhuman genetic engineering.
Unfortunately though; when the prosperous JovianGÇÖs exited an era known as the GÇÿShrouded daysGÇÖ they were overrun by a disease, which had coded itself into the Jove DNA structure causing wide spread depression resulting in death.
The disease is believed to have been caused by the JoveGÇÖs excessive experiments in bioengineering, bought on in their pursuit of perfecting their own gene-seed to extreme degrees.
In the shrouded days era the JoveGÇÖs had ties to different warring factions; some of these power hungry factions namely the Amarr took advantage of the JoveGÇÖs ill fate and deemed it fit to strike out at the severely weakened Jove forces, In an attempt of obtaining control of the JoveGÇÖs superior technology and sacred secrets.
In their plight the Jove turned to our faction, the renown patriotic Caldari State in their time of dire need. To commission an impenetrable force of highly acclaimed Caldari Chapters known as the GÇÿinner sectGÇÖ to aid the Jove in safeguarding their technology and secrets. We also took an oath to condemn all who threaten the keeping of the Jove secrets, most often resolved in an act of war smiting the perpetrators commonly known as the GÇÿScornGÇÖ from New Eden.
The Jove bestowed the gift of their gene-seed upon the prim arches of the inner sect Chapters, granting them brute strength and inhuman skill transforming them from mere mortals into superhuman killing machines. This gene-seed although watered down over the millennia has been passed down from the Chapter founders onto their devout followers.

The revered founding father Revenant Scourge prim arch of the Revenant Reavers hails from the Civire Caldari bloodline. He has lead his battle brothers (Legionnaires) into countless battles whilst following the hearsay into the far reaches of New Eden in the hunt of the Scorn, for the greater good honouring the Jove thus annihilating the Scorn and all others who oppose us.
GÇ£The enemies of the Jove fear many things. They fear discovery, defeat, despair and death. Yet there is one thing they fear above all others.
They Fear the wrath of the Revenant Reavers.GÇ¥
Not much is known about the rest of the inner sect chapters except for the Sisters Of Slaughter, who have been known to assist the Revenant Reavers in periods of substantial conflict.

The Revenant Reavers legionnaires are fearless in the face of death, relentless and stoic on the battlefield. Hunting down the foe of the Jove.

((Three things.
1. The thread title should also be in-character
2. This is more fiction than rolaplay
3. Including Jove in this story is very close to god modding, and breaches Prime Fiction. You are not some special group of people who gained extraordinary technology from the Jove and is a proxy for them, just a normal group of mercs.

Excuse the OOC post..just once pleeeaase?
If you haven't ever done roleplaying, don't be afraid of it! :)
What it really is is just story telling with other people....kinda- no not really.
Just make a character, a Dust 514 merc, a civi, whatever floats your boat, but go with the lore and don't be too unnatural. You can have custom implants and various mechanical augmentations, but do not go as far as to create your own race and god mod yourself to the lands of badassery.
Just have fun in making a character that suits you, I rp as a woman merc and a male merc (separate characters). So do whatever floats your boat, nobody judges unless you break rp rules and regulation. |

(( You also appear to like space marines as you kinda ripped them off some....not that that's a bad thing, I drew my characters inspiration from Uriel Ventris amongst other sci fi characters.... but yes try to to breach prime fiction, and NEVER under any circumstances try to make your character or characters too UNIQUE, this tends to see them either become overly clich+¬, or in more common circumstances unbelievably powerful....which is not an enjoyable person to RP with....never forget your character is just a person like everyone else, they don't necessarily think all that differently from you.))
