The title is fairly self-explanatory, but I'll elaborate a little.
I've been playing for quite a while, have a couple of protosuits, and feel I'm quite experienced. However, I've never played PC - Not once. I would like to change that, but I'm not too keen on leaving my current corp (which isn't PC ready).
How would you go about starting ringing in PC matches without joining a big name corp? Is it likely to be possible?

If you don't want to leave your corp then just simply squad up with the right people and impress them and they could call for your help if they ever need it. I became a ringer by bumping everyone elses recruitment threads and becoming friends with a bunch of directors of other corps.
Btw you can always squad with me and maybe I can help get you work.

You just need to either know people, or be a player that's done a lot of PC and...well..be good enough that people will use you.

It seems everyone makes threads about wanting to be hired, me included.
But I haven't got a single one.
The one time I almost did, we just so happened to have 1 extra person and no one else volunteered to go, so I left....

Arkena, if you'll send me a message in game I'll see if we can't get you sorted. Typically I don't book out of alliance ringers but I have a wealth of gratiude for Turalyon's help in ROFL's successful campaign to capture Old Man Star while we were in Fac War. The rest of the militia wouldn't lift a finger to assist and some attempted to steal our glory at the end of it by pretending to have been involved, but T+ stuck it out through the thick of it and didn't try such shenanigans.
