1) False Profile Generator aka Signal Spoofer - Think active camo from Halo but you don't become invisible, you simply "spoof" several signals therefore lighting up nearby enemy radars with a ton of false signals.
2) Profile Scrambler - If activated, this would allow scouts to to scramble not only their own profile signature, but the profile signature of nearby friendlies as well. It would basically be an AOE Signal Only cloak where friendlies within the area would have their profile signatures cloaked from scanners and passive in suit scanners as well.
Just a few EWAR module ideas.

Like the false profile generator but the profile scrambler might be op depending on how it functions. Maybe if it reduced the scan profile those in your squad by X% would be more appropriate.

How about straight up jamming - Screen goes fuzzy for 2 seconds and then HUD goes blank for 3-7 seconds.
It wouldnt be a module though - scout only equipment. Point and fire at opponent(s) (up to 3)
Obviously range would have to be limited so user needs to get in close and the cool down would have to be quite long to limit spamming. |

No.1 already exists as a glitch. It's the single worst thing I hate when playing. You scan someone, and it shows their chevron where they were, rather than where they are. It literally gives them the advantage, because you think a path is clear.

Wasn't aware of this, will do some testing once I get home.
