Mass Driver works from on top of the saucer on Iron Delta I believe it's called. Used it in my Proto suit and actually killed people.

Are you sure? My first reaction to 1.6 was "Did they buff the mass driver?" Haven't had a ghost round at all so far, even on people that try to jump over my blast radius.
I tried to put a level into Amarr Commando once, but got a server notification saying "Why?"

Yup, started noticing when my REs started doing 0 damage. (At one point 3 REs did no damage to 5 hostiles, something wrong there)
Went on to have MD rounds doing 0 damage as well. (Again at times where hostiles were grouped together)

Happens more often with M1s for me.....then they throw a Militia Locus Grenade and kill me as I'm 10 meters away....

This I had last nightGǪ blew one while the guy was standing on itGǪ zeroGǪ nothing still standing with no damage done
