I suggest we update our deployment channels with another tier of fighters. People who aren't using mlt and have stable kd/r.
I am not sure about PIE Ground Control but Caldari Hierarchy is a mix of people who could take down a squad of 6 just by looking at them and people who only waste clones. The clone wasting ones shouldn't just be accepted because they are capable of deploying. |

People still care about kill death ratio? We are immortal soldiers for Ida's sake, death is an inconvenience and should not be cared. What should be cared about is the amount of ISK you make, and how much you contributed to actually winning the battle.

Haven't recent events proven that numbers are in fact critical to FW? Put enough meat in the grinder and its bound to jam sooner or later. ((FW event and the taking of the field by the Amarr/Caldari, only to fall again a few weeks later?))

Our bosses care about kill/death ration. Every time we die that costs them money. Also if a district looses all of its clones then it is instantly flipped.

My question is how exactly would we determine who is a upper skilled soldier and whos a clone waster? Denak once said before in one of my threads that "sometimes you get a match were your destroying the enemy team and some matches were your team is being destroyed" you can get a guy in PRO but get a **** k/d
Even still not only would we need skilled people but we would also need pilots license d to drop orbital bombardments
