Anyone got any tips and tricks on how to make this go away or how to get out of it quickly? I randomly switch between equipment and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, sometimes I can't ever get back to my gun and have to die to go back to normal, this usually happens when switching from remote explosives to my MD or to my scanner...
Thanks for any help, also on the same note, anyone any tips on how to quicker change between equipment and ensure that the equipment is selected, I sometimes have to try three or four times before it actually makes the change!

When it happens to me I switch to another piece of equipment or another weapon. That usually fixes it. |

My Mass-Scanner makes absolutely no sound when it fires, it's kinda like a stealth weapon and looks cool as foook but it blocks almost my whole screen so isn't ideal! |

When you have your inertia dampeners active, quickly press R2 to change weapons just as you hit the ground. If you do it right, you're weapons will merge. You may have to press R2 a couple of times, just make sure you don't switch weapons twice, or it will undo the effects.

Just cycle between anything that will update what is equipped in your hands a few times, that always clears this glitch for me.
