They ****** it up in 1.6, so 1.7 maybe.
If you think Plasma Rifles take skill to use and are fine as they are, you are the problem.

After Maken Tosch Pestered them about it, and IWS did some poking one of the Devs found another bug and a fix for it will be implemented in 1.7
