But it appears the real issue here is your inability to grasp the idea that what you wrote IS a threat, whether it insights fear into a person or not.

I could prove this, as I said, go write that to a government official, judge, cop, congressmen, president.
They would legally interpret that as a threat. It would be a threat against a normal citizen just the same, but the former will guarantee you a visit by the authorities.

the average Joe simply wouldn't waste his own time and resources pursuing you for said threat, unless they thought you meant to make good on it.

But if you Really, Honestly think what you wrote is not a threat, I'm only meaning to inform you that it is, and I recommend you not write things like that on forums or elsewhere.
