I don't think there's enough emphasis on AR use in Dust yet though. Really, only like 90% of people use them and they only account for nearly every death caused between 0 and 70 meters range.
and yeah, we've had the dropship turret-aim resetting bug for 6 months since uprising but that one's getting old.
Personally I think the core grenades could use a little buff. They only do like 800 damage in a 10 meter radius and don't restock fast enough from nano hives.
Militia dropships are kind of too useful. You shouldn't be able to use a vehicle unless it cost at LEAST 1 million isk. for 90 ISK you get to fly for over 5 seconds before being one-shot by militia forges. Really this is too much. Nerf militia dropships or raise the price on them at least.
PC battles don't lag enough. As a forge gunners, watching a dropship hang in the molasses-air lag for over 60 seconds without moving in front of me is hardly enough time to line up my 2 shotting skill-cannon. Also why can I only do like 6000 damage a shot with this forge? Comeon, null cannons get to do 40,000 damage when they randomly collide with derpships. This is totally unfair.
Speaking of unfair, that's another thing. There's no way for me to get the kill on dropship pilots if every-time someone jumps out of the ship, the physics kills them with a mid-air collision. Why do you hate AV?
AV- Swarm launchers? There's this terrible bug where sometimes my missiles will either show up visually or make sounds to the enemy DS I'm firing at. Why? I mean it works most of the time. I can fire at them, and they will neither hear nor see the missile till they fly right into my second airborn volley and either smack into the ground or die when I launch off the next round. That's fun but when they get to see that I'm firing I can't surprise-burst, topple, and wreck them anymore!
Fix swarm bug so I can properly broadside every pilot who flies towards me blindly into my secret lock on, heat seating, invisible, silent missiles.
Last thing, as a forge gunner again I'm annoyed that sometimes players can tell where they're getting hit from. You did good in removing the glow effect around us but sometimes they might still catch that ball's trajectory for the whole 0.5 seconds it's in the air. You know I can't kill a dropship unless I'm hitting it from anywhere within 250 meters and they have no clue where I'm firing at. halp!
