The US Military? The real question is, how the **** would a law like that pass? Most of the country would just move out if it did. I would rather have permanent anarchy than just 12 hours though.

I want constructive feedback so we can have a fun event for all. I know some are worn out with the same grind so I am trying something new. If I get enough positive feedback I will proceed and will set a date in the future. Ok so I just got done watching the Purge. I want to do a DUST purge event. The rules are simple, if you stay in the MCC or redline you might be safe. Those who join must choose one of two options. Option A you choose the proto team and use proto suit and weapon and accept you are the hunter Option B you choose militia or BPO and accept you are the prey We will be doing a Domination, but no one will capture the objective. I will open two channels if enough people join. I am looking for at least 15 Volunteers I will be on the side of Proto and will be a hunter. 1 Leader per channel will organize there side and use there channel for communication. Rewards-- if the Hunters win all those who are on the team will get 1 million each, for each death a 100K will be extracted Rewards-- if the prey win all those on team will get 2 Million and a bonus 100K for each kill. Prey must have at least 2 kills to qualify for reward. If you choose to be a team leader. Prey squads will get a bonus of 2.4 million for each orbital they acquire( 2 max)( that's 400K for each squad mate). Hunter squad's will get a bonus of 1.2 million if your team has over 50 Kills combined( that's an extra 200K for each TM) I will cover all cost for the first match and will record the event if enough volunteer. Off that recording I will be able to total the rewards and they will be given in a 24Hr period. If you think this is a great idea and a way to make some extra ISK then leave your name. The first 31( 15 Hunters and 16 prey) will be chosen. If you violate any of the rules you will be disqualified and those effected will not be penalized. Second if any team quits or does not wish to fight, the other team will capture the objective and end the match. Rules are 1. Use only gear that is designated by your group Proto= hunter Militia= prey 2. Capturing the objective will get you disqualified. (Please do not ruin the fun for others) Do not eat the yellow snow

Again, to reiterate, you need to give away more ISK, only paupers would accept this deal. Q sync is the best way as I see it. People already pub stomp as it is and people already get red line so why not make it a little more financial beneficial for both sides. Its all for fun, I acknowledge what you are implying and like I said the event will proceed if I feel it will be a success if not I will not proceed and it will be a forgotten memory and I will try another idea in the future. Ya a law of that magnitude would be a game changer. Unfortunately with fresh water running out daily most do not realize most countries will not have enough if there population reaches a certain level.
