Ok peeps, I have found a FREE mod ANYONE can do in about 5 minutes.
#1 Get a toothpick. Yes a toothpick and a pair of scissors. Next ,remove the R1 button (this can be done without opening the case if careful). You want to cut a small piece out of the middle of toothpick and install INSIDE the back of button. You want this to to stick out a little. What this is gonna do is give you a "HAIR TRIGGER". R1 has a little slack behind this. Remove it and you have a quicker fire.
The longer the toothpick, the more sensitive it will be. You may have to do it once or twice to find the spot you like.

Oh I am VERY serious. It was put through a clicker test. It takes 4x's the force to push the button down without the mod. Meaning your finger would get tired 4x's faster. Are you with me? Now imagine just ever so lightly tapping r1 to having bullets flying everywhere. Compare that to what you have now. Tada, Its a no brainer. This is extremely useful on all breach weapons and sniper rifles. Talk about your double tap.
Please note: I have NEVER used any illegal mods in gave EVER. That is just wrong! No merc's where harmed during extensive weapons testing.

I don't need to cheat. Never have Never will. I was throwing this info out to the noobs. Tons of articles on google. They needed a FREE mod to compete with 30mill sp mercs like me. Getting tired of murdering milita suits. It's not my fault Sony made a crappy controller. If they "are" so good, why does everyone use a mouse? Hmmmmm A moded mouse at that.

There is a way but it requires a lot of information cataloging.
Basically CCP would have to look for regularly timed intervals between the signals. That is unless the people doing the programming for the mods have some sort of work around that gives it a slightly different interval between.
They nerfed the ROF on the TAC AR because of outcry over modded controllers and all that was left was an extremely strange mechanic for those of us actually using our fingers.
