Lag was crazy tonight
voice chat glitching out to the point where it stopped working
most games only 1 of our squad mates was able to get in.
Had to leave literally every single game and queue up again. Matchmaker is broken. battle finder is broken.
servers are broken.

probably just one of those days. also check the squad's latency. i know for me, playing on oceania severs almost guarantees lag. also if you play too long then the frame rate will begin to drastically drop. just give the game a break and return after a few hours.

it's been awful and so has the protostomping but part of me wants to log back on but not play in a squad
and make sure im on a European server,

Defrag your PS3 this will help. I had bad lag and after I defraged I was good to go. Go to youtube and look for PS3 defrag, hope this helps.

True. it's time for a de-frag.
Hopefully we get fibre optic internet out here in the sticks next year!
it's not fun playing on 6mb down and 0.3mb up, I don't care what it costs I'm getting fibre optic!

comms wasn't even working for me. it just distorts, crackles and glitches out and eventually stops working :(
It's like the frame rate issue, there's some weird problem in DUST, maybe a memory leak whereby things
slow down then stop working over a short period of time.

I'm in the bottom 10% in the country for internet.
Due to have fibre optic rolled out in the next couple of years but I might not even have it for 2 years yet,
my place will most likely get it last and there's no hope in me ever moving out of my parents house let's be realistic here hahaha

We just got a little sign stuck around town saying "Fiber optic broadband is coming soon" and no word of a lie some one drew a Gäó at the end, I must have a fellow duster lurking about the place.

When this happens to me I reset my modem. This has been talked about in the technical issues forum. I read a similar complaint from you in another thread and again I offer the same advice. Submit a ticket, the system is there to improve the game. Do not come here to complain for 2 reasons.
A. Nobody likes a crybaby
B. CCP pays people to read tickets, respond to them, and send them on to the development team.
How is the development team gonna know if you are crying on the forums in the wrong section?
