I was a member of a major corp but found it bs because I had no word for nothing, no respect or equality. Now I run my own corp where you can gain your rank, you level up from different ranks like private first class to general, I treat everyone fairly even the new new bees lol, like download and hour ago new, but yeah I'm trying to build an corp based on three things, equality, togetherness, and loyalty, most people say that is their message but end up losing it farther down the road. I try to read and answer all the messages corp sends me on complaints requests questions and etc I have a board to do a balance and check system to make sure there is no unfairness and people are elected not chosen.
