You are free to attempt to hold down that district for clone generation, but there are absolutely no guarantees with this system. I suppose, although I think to actually make it a gamble players should be kicked from the corp if the amout they withdraw is less than the previous withdrawee. And that system gets reset every week, and spies should get shanked.

That system would be very hard to manage. With just a few less than 40 members at the moment have you even seen the level of activity on the wallet? From top to the bottom of the list, it doesn't even go back a day, when it used to show figures from two months ago when I held it solo.
