What weapons are you using? I think that that might make a huge difference. I had a scr and MD on mine, but thinking about replacing the MD now that hit detection is fixed. Doubles ISK

I'm not the OP, but I like the weapon flexibility. I also like the thought of knowing that others think the suit is garbage, so achieving kills is a bit more satisfying. I don't like; the lack of grenades, the mobility, and the **** dB and scanning range. I think the name Commando is misleading. When I think commando, I think stealth, weapon flexibility, tracking/hunting, and awesome stamina to traverse long and difficult terrain. If I could only change one thing, it would be improved scan radius, prob 16m (scouts should be 20), and lower the dB level to somewhere between Scouts and Medium suits.

I want Racial Heavys, it's fun to play commando suit i admit, but to use it at it's max potetial you need a spec that resample the Medium frame and not the Heavy. ...and may the FORGE be with you.

Due to being a heavy but not having a large health pool or the ability to tank (Zero module slots at basic lvl suit) you are extremely vulnerbale. BIg slow and squishy. It forces you to stick with logis or die basically. The increased melee damage is cool but I've never gotten a kill with it because everyone can outrun you and the hit detection for melee is kinda rough. That being said I run LR/MD on mine. Crushing shields at a distance and catching people off guard by switching to EXO-MD when they rush or run away. The lack of grenade is somewhat frustrating and due to PG/CPU I can't put anything in the equip slot with my LR/MD sadly but with my SCR/MD and AR/MD alts I can run a nanite injector which is another unexpected surprise for redberrys. My favorite part about this suit is it's extremely underrated so people underestimate it. Not to mention the color scheme is badass. This build is a significant SP sink if you haven't committed to a specific set of guns. I'm very new to this games (less the 2mil SP) so I'm still experimenting with suit builds for commando (like 2x plasma cannon) but it has great potential IMO and I'm really looking forward to the ADV and Proto of this suit for it's module slots really opening up a lot of options. I'm going commando!
