All of that can be gotten in regular pub match salvage.
And you using it will actually cause more drops for the people playing with you...

 I realize that, but I am telling you that people can salvage all of that stuff, and because you are using them and dieing, its more likely to be gotten by others.

Actually I don't think that system is in place. Salvage is still randomly generated. Yet ISK earnings are proportional to your place on the leaderboard and the value of weapons/equipment/dropsuit destroyed on the other team.
Either way, the enemy team will still gain some value from it.
