Give the AR a 10% damage nerf, or make it have less range, take 10% of the Assault Scrambler Rifle off, and give it the accuracy of what the AR is now.

I'm not quite sure what that sentence is supposed to mean, but I don't think nerving AR range is a solution since currently no weapon aside from the sniper rifle has equal range to it. We need at least a %10 damage nerf, personally I'd aim more for 20%

The nerf for ARs and ScRs *STARTS* at 30%, or HP in this game will remain a near meaningless statistic.
For comparison, the Freedom Mass Driver gets 270 DPS, *IF* you get a direct hit. Which is why I share Mordecai Sanguine's sentiment that a nerf should NOT be across the board.
