Some players like the challenge of running BPO suits and getting the drop on proto-players with those fits. This system makes running BPO, Starter, MLT, or STD suits far more enticing because is adds a bit of PVP market meta game. You're still grinding your SP regardless. When working in peak form with many active players, the wallet is going to replenish very very fast. Even, if the isk value is low by Eve standards, it's massive for Dust.
