Nothing at all difficult. In fact, that's hardly an accomplishment. Everybody knows PRO AV is ridiculously overpowered, and I'm surprised none of it has created a black hole in-game yet. It is 2 v 1's, or tank v tank and some AV, or tank v AV, then enemy tank shows up. Tanks are very much team assets, and their successes are team ones, their failings always accounted solo. Sometimes you lose because you got outplayed, sometimes you were under orders to sit in a bad spot, and sometimes one of the random bugs or framerate drops causes immolation. Everyone has good and bad days. To the OP, Legend bailing out of his tank is smart thinking. Clones matter, and tanks only cost ISK. Better to get away from a wreck, remount nad go back into battle than waste a clone for no good reason. The only time I disagree with doing it is when the pilot exposes themselves to more damage in order to attempt a safe exit. Mr. Hybrid Vayu.

It is 2 v 1's, or tank v tank and some AV, or tank v AV, then enemy tank shows up. Tanks are very much team assets, and their successes are team ones, their failings always accounted solo. Sometimes you lose because you got outplayed, sometimes you were under orders to sit in a bad spot, and sometimes one of the random bugs or framerate drops causes immolation. Everyone has good and bad days. To the OP, Legend bailing out of his tank is smart thinking. Clones matter, and tanks only cost ISK. Better to get away from a wreck, remount nad go back into battle than waste a clone for no good reason. The only time I disagree with doing it is when the pilot exposes themselves to more damage in order to attempt a safe exit. You're a tanker though, you know that no matter what happens, the first tank to go down is the loser. You understand that. What no one understands is that it is almost IMPOSIBLE to say who is the "better" tanker in PC. There are so many different variables in this game when it comes to 1v1s. Especially in tanking. The real "best" tanker is a tanker that contributes to the most to the ultimate goal: TO WIN. If the best tanker in PC came down to whoever killed the most tanks, or had the best 1v1 record, then I would sit someonewhere sucluded and stalk the enemy tank till I could move in and attack. Afterwards I would just go back to sitting in a corner GÇöCall of Duty styleGÇö waiting for my next victim. See how stupid it is? If there is an enemy tank that is absolutely mopping up everyone at an objective, and I charge at him and kill him, then I was doing my job by stopping him GÇö who was doing his job. This is my 2 cents and I don't believe there is a single dedicated tanker in this game that has played more PC than legend or I. This is my first only post in this thread. O_O maybe not more but still enough to know what's what. :D Perhaps all I know is i've played in a couple hundred.
