Ultimate skillshot:
Fire plasma cannn up, switch to scrambler rifle and begin charging. When the plasma round is coming back down, fire on your target. If both hit, you win DUST 514.
Not sure if PC rounds do come back down, though, but if it does, I will personally subscribe to EVE, farm (read: scam) a billion ISK and transfer it to DUST for you if you get a video of it.

No plasma shots dissipate in the air. I blew up a dropship once with the plasma cause the dropship was shooting me at very close range. The times I missed it just sailed away~~~ *Poof!*~~~
