Gallente Logistics: 3
Caldari Logistics: 0
Amarr Assault: 2
Amarr Logistics: 3
Minmatar Logistics: 2
Armor tankers should get a built in armor repairer, and well the Minmatar logistics...should deserve a reasonable buff...
This should leave room for a better bonus for all the suits. Like say, equipment CPU/PG reduction.

With low base EHP, the Minmatar logistics should have a repair rate of 4HP/s

I would suggest going a little further for the Gallente assault. Judging by the Gallente logistics, the 5 HP/s is very significant when fitting an armour tank and the lack of inherent regen is something that the Gallassault suffers heavily from.

I was thinking 3 for Amarr and Gallente Assaults.
5 for Amarr and Gallente Logis.
And a shield delay reduction for the Cal and Min Assaults/Logis.
