Not going to explain the story, in brief: I was in a match where this one squad was trying to take the objective and it was just me and one other guy. They started using proto, I started using proto. Me and m'random partner started pushing them back, one of them switched to a mass driver and all of a sudden no gun game in the world was going to make a difference and we wound up losing the objective.
So, here's my thinking...
I can aim, he can't aim as well - why should his weapon make my aiming go off?
I understand the mass driver is a hard counter to my playstyle. I'm slow, so it's harder to get out of the splash radius... Explosives are good against armor, so he's dealing more damage than other weapons. I'm cool with that. But making it so that when I try to put rounds on the guy in a 1v1, let alone a 1v6, is incredibly hard because my screen is bouncing around every time he launches an Armor-Killing round that has a 10m diameter..?
I'm not asking for the damn thing to be nerfed but it surely shouldn't have made such an exaggerated difference as to render me completely incapable of killing anyone by having my aim jumping around in all different directions.

It's fine that the MD user can't aim, don't make it impossible for others to aim with weapons that actually need to be aimed.

I'm a MD user and even I hate this feature. But in exchange for the camera jump, I want the smoke effect from Chromosome back.
I tried to put a level into Amarr Commando once, but got a server notification saying "Why?"
