For newberry like me it is hard to get isk and sp when i go in my tin can MLT dropsuit against Proto.
If there would be achievments like: get a total of 20000 WP reward 30000 SP or 100000 ISK and so.
Share your thougts about my idea.

Remember we all have been somepoint noob`s in dust,sometimes have feeling i am still noob when playing this game.But nothing beat that feeling when you get in mlt suit your first kill against proto,

But still it would be nice to get some rewards for WP or something else, cuz who doesn't like free rewards

Yeah but remember that if they give free things to you also those who proto stomps or has more sp would also get them too.Maybe ccp should give achivements people who just started playing the game

Something like that, of course i am not saying that the turtorial revards are not good, but they could give some ISK or like 500 AUR to total newberries so they can kick into action with something better than tin can armor and BB gun

achievements, medals, badges,
these have all been brought up many times, are wanted by the community, and have thus far been ignored by CCP
but yes its a great idea and would add another dimension to this lobby shooter pretending to be an MMO.

Achievements are a bad idea.
However, in EVE, player corporations can give awards to their members for things they deem fit. If they added that to Dust, I certainly wouldn't mind. Also, they cost ISK, so they can't be (overly)spammed.

that just sounds stupid. what about all of us who have been playing since beta? if anything, we deserve to be givin some cool handouts, not the people who just started and may not stick with the game.

I would like to see achievements like:
1. kill 5 people with 1 remote explosive/grenade
2. go 20/0 in a dropsuit in a match (no vehicle)
3. drop 5 orbitals in one match ( squad wide achievement)
4. win 25/50/100 games in a row
5. kill a merc while only having less than 10 ehp left
6. kill 10000 mercs with AR (and one for all other weapons)
7. get 5 headshots in one match
8. get 10000 headshots lifetime
9.repair 1,000,000,000 damage
10. revive 10,000 people (must live for at least 60 sec after res to count, only counts on 1 merc once per clone)

Your time will come sooner or later but one thing that you need to realize is , if you have offers to pay for upgrades , more than likely there won't be anything free like you would want , like skill points ( besides what you get every week ) and war points ( something that's earned ) or isk ( again something that's earned ) but keep your eyes open because in November there are offers but you just have to be ready to FIGHT FOR what you want and EARN IT .

You mean Trophies not Achievements, I believe they are currently working on them but there is no ETA when they will be released. |

they could give free suits something like the black eagle suits to all new players to give them a higher chance of standing up to the proto suits also now that the free black eagle suits are being given the new players shouldnt complain since the black eagle is a great fit. |
