This is going to be a Caldari outpost called the Caldari production facility there will probably be more pictures of the medium and small sockets and the new map with it's battle areas.

My reason is this: I started the Closed Beta as a Sniper - Caldari. Got bored being too far from the action. Switch to Logi Bro and decided that the Minmatar had the best mid-range package, (3 high, 3 equip, 3 low). Also the Proto has 4/4/4. Good balance although I have yet to hit Proto. I started Tanking and to support Tanking I also do AV. But my AV is Heavy Forge Guns, Proto Assault normally. Tanking in Uprising is limited by SP to Armor only. But, if the Minmatar Heavy is not at a significant disadvantage to the Amarr I would love to switch. Having all my gear be Minmatar would be beyond cool and would allow me to get back into the RPG aspects of this game. Which is one of the selling points for me originally. Is there any actual, real Dev posts clarifying this because I have been unable to find anything beyond, full racial suits SOON(tm). Sorry for the length but it actually is important ... to me. Of course, an entire thread storm about letting me convert my Amarr Heavy to Minmatar Heavy has great flame potential. PS: Thanks eris for the OP and I am going to wait about QQ for a SP refund for Vehicle for two weeks after the 1.7 release. I have decided to wait it out first.
