I just grinded pub matches for the last 7 hours...... and its boring. I want there to be PVE! and P2P trading! and for the FW changes to come out! I want to kill something other then a person!

pve was introduced 2 years into eve online. hope that helps.
p2p trading will come far sooner. if not 1.7, then i'd say 1.8.

You really think the full economy is coming within 6 months? Doesn't that imply there will be an industry side to the game as well? And how far out do you think PVE is? Because my guess 2 months ago was this Christmas, but its obvious that isn't the case.

As was mentioned in the Feedback/Requests section of forums by a dev, Market 2.0 (p2p trading) will be coming after Factional Warfare 2.0, which is coming sometime in early 2014. I'd say that the earliest possible update we might see p2p trading in would be... wait a minute... December=1.7, January=1.8, February=1.9, March=1.???? Or should I say 2.0...
One day I'll go 50/0 with the Plasma Cannon. One day...

incursions were introduced far later. in the beginning there were not rats. just asteroid belts and gates and other players. there was no carebear concept. |

bare in mind that EVE also had a MUCH smaller staff 8 years ago as well. (or at least I would imagine that is the case).

CCP's idea of PVE would bore you even more, unless you like
1: Go to station
2: Get mission
3: travel to mission area (it's probably going to take a bit)
4: Fight for about 20 minutes
5: loot anything you can (another 20-30 minutes)
6: travel back and complete the mission
or
sit in an open area, and be open for attack by someone else, and wait for some rats (bad npc's) to spawn
Honestly, the only PVE that excites me is Incursions because it's hard and pretty much requires a fleet do do well, but like I said, it requires a fleet, and of good ships, and leveled Caps', not just some random person, so it'll be like PC where only the elite do it.
Well, unless they do PVE like a mix of the above, and random lower tier incursions from the rest of the pirate factions in an open world kinda deal, like the districts while open (hisec districts could always be open), you could just go down and use the district, and do these things.
