I'm not any higher, and even if I were I don't particularly like comparing myself to others...because there will always be someone better and worse than you. the former tends to make you bitter and envious, the latter makes you more arrogant (because let's face it we all have ego ). Once there is incentive (or lack of incentive as the case may be) for corps to unlock their districts then all the corps will do it. Until then we all (yep we all do it some of us just need to own up to it) will just keep our districts locked and build up our ISK hordes. we don't ever lock our districts and are open and willing to do any attacks just because some other weak, minor corps AKA everyone else in PC does it, doesn't mean we do. even when teamplayers was attacking every single one of the districts we flipped, we never attacked ourselves. how about the rest of you guys sack up and let us attack you already :) geez. you take one district and the corp backs out of PC in a day. -.- We've played against you guys plenty. I can't speak of the fortitude other corps.
