I get not giving ISK from a Cap' to a Merc, but not from a merc to a Cap'? I don't even.......

Most eve pilots can get more ISK in an hour than what most Dust corps have in their wallet.
I tried to put a level into Amarr Commando once, but got a server notification saying "Why?"

Myself. I wanted to get something, but didn't feel like doing a mission or two to get the thing, remembered about dust, and assumed it would allow it to do so, because you can'r really make ISK all that fast Dust side.....
