Dear CCP,
I used to play on a different account on my ps3, then it got hacked by a ****tard  . It had 5 million sp and 60 million isk. I cannot log on to it because the hacker changed the password. After a while I made a new account and a new character.
I was just wondering if it is possible to transfer all the isk and sp to my new character so I could get a jump start on this one and get a proto suit. It is a shame to lose all the progress I made since open beta.
Please consider my request for help

Petition system is the appropriate place for this.
As for this case, this is no different than when an Eve Online account gets hacked. CCP has extensive experience dealing with cases like this. However, since this is tied to the Playstation Network, have you contacted Sony first?

You know you can recover you PSN account... Try to log in online and select forgot password. you will get a email to reset your password

I can say for almost certain they won't go transferring sp between accounts ... what they will more than likely do is try to help you regain access to your other account somehow.
As has been said, just contact [email protected] and they'll do what they can to help. |

Yeah CCP, my other account was hacked, the Account name was Mr. Zitro. Is there anyway you could transfer the SP, WP and ISK from that character and add it onto mine as well.

I may have deleted DUST but I still care deeply about this game.
