I have had this idea for a while now and I find it necessary and proper to instill this thought into people who believe that the commando is not a viable suit. I have come up with a fitting that may or may not put such ideas to rest. Such a fitting is fittingly called the "Ultimate Light Anti-Vehicle Suit," now this may seem unorthodox, mainly in terms of the AV nerf in the upcoming patch but bear with me.
Commando ak.0
Allotek Plasma Cannon
Wiyrkomi Swarm Launcher(any varient is feasible)
Compact Nanohives
Basic Shield Extender
Basic Light Damage Modifier
Enhanced Reactive Armor plates
Keep in mind this fit would only be used for a team effort and cannot be used, effectively, playing solo. Also, the fit can also be translated into use for A-1 suit but with Advanced Gear.
Now I'm not saying I'm a badass, but once I killed a guy in militia gear. We were both wearing it but still.

Yes I can see the potential, but it would be really difficult to use, and most likely require a LAV for transport.

I would highly recommend downgrading both light weapons to advance(If your low on PG and CPU) and replacing the basic damage mod with a complex.
That would save you ISK and you will have higher damage...

let me save u the SP. Dont spend SP into that suit. You can roll around in a medium frame and use an AR and a SMG and will be better off. Yes using 2 light weapons on SOUNDS COOL but the suit sucks.
Commando suit moves to slow and so little module slots. You will need 1 complex damage mode for sure to help with the damage output for kills. If you still go commando I give your props! You picked one of the hardest roles right next to scouts. Make sure to you spend SP into an LAV you wont be moving without it!

Well this thread is just one of the many ways one can use the Commando. THIS suit may not be the best for anti-infantry, as I stated earlier it is a "Team Based Anti-Vehicle Fitting," the commando suit can be used for much more. However I do agree that it is quite expensive in terms of SP I calculate over 4 mill to spec into it, but the advanced varient with advanced weapons would be a more realistic way to impliment the commando's dual light weapons as a means to crush any vehicle within a 175m radius(Swarm nerf).
Now I'm not saying I'm a badass, but once I killed a guy in militia gear. We were both wearing it but still.

At the end of the day i firmly believe the commando suit should never be a primary suit you spec into. It has a few moments in the sun but really the assault class will be a better choice 90% of the time.

The Commando is godly when you have prof. in weapons. I've been trying to tell people that, but nooooo. Anything that isn't an assault, logistic, or sentinel is bad.
It's great because I run around with Scrambler Rifle and Laser Rifle or Scrambler Rifle and Assault Rifle. Everything standard, mind you. Still positive at the end of the game.
It's actually a really good suit. In competent hands.
