I think FW should have an isk payrate but 10% is too low. 10% was just me "thinking out loud", it does convey my belief that the ISK payout for FW should be significantly lower than the pay for pubs currently is (only once LP is introduced). Praise St. Arzad and Pass the Nanohives....
