Battlefield 4 is scoring an average of 8.6 in reviews...Gamespot have giving the game a 8.0 score...
So much for the next big thing, huh ? Actually, Assassin's Creed 4 is scoring much higher, and was supposed to be the underdog.

I didn't like assassins creed. Get into some hard core action and then it just cuts to another point in the game, WTF. Saw previews of BF4, but those are just previews. Think about how many horrible movies got great reviews and had an awesome trailer. Then massive disappointment. The trailer was the movie and you are out 50$, this is why I rent and refuse to watch a movie when it first comes out. Same with games, wait for reviews and price drops.

They are reviews, but the most shocking thing is IGN and Gamespot ...they always give this games very high scores, even if they suck.

Back in the day Gamespot was absolutely brutal about their reviews.
Gone are the days of honesty though. Giantbomb is much better. |

BF4 seems like a rehashed BF3. I think it'll be a fun game to play with friends, but I don't see myself putting days and days on it. 8.0 is probably fair.

Actually, i was very disappointed with Assassin's Creed 3, worst one in the series by a long shot.. so i was expecting another fiasco in the 4th one...but going by the reviews, it looks like they are back on track...

Since when is an 8/10 considered a bad game? If that is the case the scores for this game should place this squarely in a pile of dogshit. |

Most folks I know that have been playing it are raving about it unlike this turd where I am the only one left on my friends list that still plays. |

I remember that!! GS didn't give a ****. But since the young gamers learned the ways of petitioning, forum trolling and just overall rage spew because folks don't say what pleases their ears, times has definitely changed.
It's as if reviewers must have a gamer consensus on the matter before reviewing. You already know what's going to be scored what due to its profile and hype train. Or not. |

the world is being taken by stupidity.
some days i wonder why i even bother with this game.
i guess things shall come in all due time...
patience is required...
the the true community has died.
it only remains within the remnants of only a few players. at this point in time maybe these companies should start making better campaign levels with some actual fun replay-ability.
along with better and bigger coop modes.
its more fun to fight npcs than it is to endure/complain the stress of pvp forever and then turn and around and call it "fun".
the only reason ppl go back to "it" over and over is because the game has nothing else left to do in it.
the only time it becomes "fun" is when every1 starts acting stupid and screws around instead of trying to be "competitive".
although i think its better just to rent the game first and find your own opinion on the game instead of going off of every elses. |
