So is the PC being looked at in 1.7 or have ya'll [CCP] decided to just leave it in it's LOL status?

KEEP it as some of us want it.
HOWEVER!
More damage to vehicles.I mean hey,it was meant to be AV,and it does fiddly dee do da to pretty much almost to every vehicle.Heck it only takes off half the shields of a dropship and good luck hitting him again.
Not to much damage is what im asking,like..maybe a bonus to the armor?
Or do the burning effect for splash we all would just love?
Actually yeah,Burning from the splash would be a great effect.Keep the damage and splash,get a nice burning effect going that can take a healthy chunk out of armor,yet shields would shrug it off a bit more.
The PC just needs something to make it just tad (A TAD) more useful.
And no,while the increase projectile speed is a bit nice,drop ships,tanks,lavs...heavy's..can still easily dodge unless your in there face,or can predict exactly were they are running to and holding out on,while taking the lob into consideration.

The burning effect is actually a good idea. We don't really have an area denial AOE based weapon and the PLC would be perfect since it has such a limited ammo capacity and only fires one round per reload.
I tried to put a level into Amarr Commando once, but got a server notification saying "Why?"

I can. Some of the buffs that people suggest would put it there too. If this thing becomes easier to use in any significant way, I would bet on it becoming FOTM.
