Scout skills do not favour the Amarr's strong points @ all but I realise this is YOUR Uprising we are talking about.
Nor do the Heavy Skills favour the Amarr Heavy, nor the Pilots skills the Amarr HAV.

The Amarr's strong points are max HP. I probably appealed to that racial principle more than any other
In regards to the Sentinel bonus though; it is reliant upon the "Zealot" variant of laser weaponry once mentioned by the devs, to be fully utilised. |

The scout bonus for the amarr should be the logi bonus and all logi's should have a racial bonus related to equipment while the standard bonus would be the gallente current bonus.

That sounds like EVE talk If only there was some consistency in the races. |

Caldari. The rep bonus I gave to the Gallente is meant as the current logis' built-in suit rep. I buffed it to keep it balanced with the Amarr, and because I couldn't think of an equipment-based bonus. |

GImme my tanks a 10% Passive resisitance at lvl 5 for the racial skills meaning while all tanks have an inherent 10%, the Amarr are juggernauts with 20% armour res and no module bonuses.
