So CCP finally decided to pull a Smoove Move and fix the shotgun and Nova Knife hit detection. Plus, hit detection fixes to other things. I hope that the Scrambler Rifle is set to have it's hit detection fixed.
That has been one of the things that keeps driving me away from this game, bad hit detection. It's not across the board. Though, a lot of the weapons suffer from it.
You know its bad when a game makes MW3's hit detection look flawless.
I digress.
This should hopefully be behind us. Patch 1.6 should fix this.

CCP has been fixing hit reg for forever, not much improvement since they upped strafing.
CoD has terrible hitreg and hitboxes, the only reason why it isnt as apparent as DUST is because of the TTK. The longer the problem, the more obvious it becomes. |
