they are the only equipment besides the active scanner ccp announced at fanfest
they're not gonna release some unannounced equipment randomly
also cloaking and bubble shield attributes already exist in the game so its not that hard to implement
you spawn cloaked so thats already in
and the thing you jump through if you spawn on mcc stops projectiles from going in or out like a bubble shield
you see? :)
