Alright, so I found this

And has a strong resemblance to the Amarr scout here

And the profile page of the guy who posted it says he's only worked on EVE Online, Dust 514, and World of Darkness.

But maybe I am missing something. Anyone who is familiar with a lot of sci-fi worlds recognize this suit from something else?

It's actually from 2012, but your point? Dust 514 existed in 2012.

That looks cool and very Amarrian in design but seems a bit bulky to be a scout but that might just be me.

Trench coat seems nice, but a hood would be more fitting.
