No need to place "Proto" in front as the base HP stats will stay the same throughout the tiers. I do like how you suggest Gallente and Caldari have more of their tanking type and less of the other, unlike other people who used proportions with the medium suits to make suggestions for Heavies.
However, considering Amarr Heavy now has 480 shield, 480 armor, 960 total HP, I'm thinking it will be
Gallente Heavy 750 armor 100 shield 850 total HP
Caldari Heavy 750 shield 100 armor 850 total HP

My hope would be that the minmatar heavy has passive armor regen similar to the logi or that the racial bonus would be a damage bonus for the HMG
would also like to see the return of the type II heavy with the caldari |

Not as much EHP as a Caldari, but more high slots, better shield recharge rate and better mobility to be more offensive oriented like in earlier builds.

Sign me up.
I just hope they release all the remaining races simultaneously. Anything other than plain old Amarr would be nice, but I want options, dammit. It'd be about time.

People expecting the Cal Heavy to be amazing haven't considered the reason shields are good. Their recharge rate on a heavy will be terrible. But tanked with regulators & rechargers, it might just do the trick.
The Gallente on the other hand, will just be able to spam rep modules and have huge recovery in the midst of battle. |

Caldari Heavy 750 shield 100 armor 850 total HP thats what i was going for with these numbers,if CCP did made the heavies using proportions from med suits they look all too similar to each other between heavies and even current proto logis in EHP. |

Even with reps mods for gallH,with the new repair tool buff you'll probably see more logis reping them so no need for the rep mods that cant rep you fast enough to get your full tank back. cali H could have a high natural recharge delay compare to scouts but lesser, low recharge rate for it's tank like amarr(maybe 30) and it's natural huge shield tank. |
