Did you correct the Comms glitch that required individuals to relog into the game in order for comms to work? You have stated that the problem was being investigated for the past month. Would really like if it was corrected, this wasnt mentioned in the 1.6 Patch Notes.

I'm guessing they didn't b/c it was probably too late in the patch or whatever to actually debug and confirm it's working properly. My guess is that they'll do it in the middle of this patch or next patch, luckily we only have to wait 30 days anyway... |

Maybe they've attempted a fix, but won't be sure until it goes live, therefore not getting anyone's hopes up with a confirmed fix.

I've slowly come to realize that the comms fixes will always be slower and more complicated because CCP has a third party, Vivox. do the comms for them.
Some parts are DUST-based, some are Vivox-based.
But working comms is something we need sooner rather than later - it is harming the NPE and the social aspect of the game. Those areas should be highest priority in almost all circumstances. |
