So back to the point of this thread...
Locking districts takes away from the whole idea of holding districts. If you can't defend them why do you have them?
How do we get this war going if we can't attack? Oh, that's right, you said that you are getting your players together because your corp is only two weeks old... so again, why does a two week old corp have districts that it can't defend? You have a right to them sure but you have to play puss tactics to keep them.
You remind me of the drivers that go all the way past a line of cars to force their way to the exit without waiting in line. Pretty much you are cutting in line. Oh, you can do it, but is it the honorable thing to do? No? No wonder your corp is only two weeks old and will fold just as fast. Who backs up the back stabber? No one.
