Hello,

This response is being sent to all users who have filed a support ticket in order to request a skill respec.

We would like to acknowledge receipt of your skill respect request and inform you that we have now flagged your account for a skill respec .

The skill respec will be applied to your characters in the coming days once we have completed and deployed changes to the skill tree. This one time respec will remove and refund all ISK and skill points that have been applied to date. Please ensure that due care is taken when spending skills and ISK as we will be unable to reverse ISK/SP spending in future.

If you wish to discuss issues that have not been addressed in this skill respec response, or believe you have received this message in error then please respond to this support ticket and we will attempt to address your issue.

Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Deal? lol i got prof lvl 3 and lvl 4 mimmatar scouts, and let me tell you, when my blade decides to be a blade, instead of a taco. it does some damage. KNIFE FIGHT!

But that's about it. At this point I'm only saving my SP now for just the cloaking equipment when it arrives. Even if I'm offered a respec, I wouldn't dare change my skill set. I'm a nova knifer all the way to the bitter end. Besides, it's not like the knives weren't weak to start with. Back during the Codex build in closed beta, the knives were laughable at best and horrifyingly terribad at worst yet I still decided to skill into them knowing what I'm getting myself into with these things. It was all about the challenge for me. Still is.

All of which use a minimum of the Scout M-1 suit or above to take advantage of the damage bonus. I have one fit set for pure sprint, one for pure stamina, and one for pure stealth. Although the Gallente scout can do better with stealth, the Minmatar scout is enough for dodging most scanners except for prototype ones. Sometimes I would even experiment with a fourth fitting involving the following: Scout MK.0 1x Ishukone Nova Knives 1x M512-A SMG (shotgun optional) 1x BPO Militia Locus Grenade 1x Enhanced Cardiac Regulator 1x Enhanced Kinetic Catalyzer 3x Enhanced Sidearm Damage Mod 1x Either an R-9 Uplink, Remote Explosives, or Flux Scanner I often rely on the Flux Scanner for its range despite the short scan time and narrow field. But remote explosives are fun as hell.

I hope our new EP makes the right choice and lets us make informed decisions once all the base stuff is in, likely in the winter expansion.

Some players seem to lack the realization that CCP could always change their minds at a moments notice and actually offer another full respec. There is always hope that CCP will offer another respec by request or give an in-game respec option. Personally I don't need a respec but I'd be happy if CCP gave players that did want one the opportunity to reallocate skill points.
