I don't know how you can say the armor tankers with damage mods are better. Being slow makes you easy prey for shotgunners, grenades, mass drivers, and of course, EVERYTHING ELSE (even the plasma cannon...). So, you get more DPS, but slower strafing, walking, and sprinting speeds. You cannot run from everything. You can defend, but you cannot assault as good as a Caldari Assault. Even you logistics cannot match the power of us. You can stack damage mods, but the lower EHP makes you weak to assaults!

You are currently right at the moment because no one runs fluxes anymore. I've only seen maybe 3 players at most this month. |

I've started leveling mine up. The regeneration you can get on shields with proper modules is insane - I get something around 45 atm.

You need some armor plate of some kind to not be completely incapacitated by a flux grenade, too much of a risk IMO. |

You dont even have the CPU/PG to fit this probably. Assault ck.0 CPU/PG is ****. |

You dont even have the CPU/PG to fit this probably. Assault ck.0 CPU/PG is ****. Same as a Gsllente Assault I believe. Problem is all our stuff cost way too much PG to be fully fitted. |

Cosgar: Planning to run complex energizers when I skill them up, dont have CPU/PG to fit a fourth extender, and 53 shield/s is too nice to miss out on. Regulators... baah kind of useless. 2 Complex Energizers will get a Caldari assault's recharge delay down to 2.3 seconds and it's depleted delay down to 3.6 seconds. |

Yup ... but it's a massive improvement over what we used to put up with ... we still have nothing in high slots to improve our armour tank and the extra hp doesn't come close to compensating for the loss of mobility and the need for repairers, which is why Logistics with level 5 skill is the only suit that comes close to competitive. |

If movement speed aided in survivabilty as much or more than total ehp then scouts would be viable.
And they aren't currently. |

Edit 2 : this would also be quite elegant for scouts too ... since tank wise you could buffer in highs with regen in lows, or speed tank the highs with regen in lows. Galente scout has only 1 high at proto and Minmatar scout has nothing for armor. |

I'd like to see a module that raises your overall movement speed by a super small amount in the high slots.

Without a proper dropsuit balancing, and some penalties to dual tanking (or making it less effective than pure tanking) the Caldari and Minmatar will always remain superior. |
