Hi CCP!
Big fan. Seriously. So much potential :-)
So I've got money spend. Will you take it?
You see, I was planning on sticking to Dust, buying lots of AUR, and holding out on the PS4.
I've been waiting -- since Uprising 1.0 -- for a balanced Scout. And a Shotgun that hits what I shoot at.
A veteran Scout asked you a few weeks back for info / hope. We lost him today:

Like Knight, I want to kill players I manage to sneak up on or behind.
I chose "Scout" as it fits this model best. Sneaky. Assassin. Brains over Brawn. Etc.
I've done my part. Waiting. But build after build, we see more and more of AR-514.
Recent news indicates that you'd see more of the same.
It seems we may be heading in different directions; nothing wrong with that, but I'd appreciate it if you'd own it.
My question for you is simple and selfish. I'm just one guy, with a broken suit and a broken gun.
Can I pay you to fix me? |

When I heard CCP was going to make a cloak module for this game, I saved up 1.2 million SP just to keep in reserve for whenever it was released.
I back then, I really thought that it would be here by December.
Reducing my scan range by 15m, my sprint speed by 2.34m/s, total number of slots by 1, and CPU&PG per slot would have been worth it if that existed.
And the removal of the Type-II/B-series/vk1

I wouldn't pay for **** until this game gets better not just for Scouts but for everyone. I was thinking about throwing down $100 on an Elite pack but then all the problems with BPOs started cropping up and I just don't trust CCP to keep their word about letting people keep their BPOs as is. Even if compensated after a major change it would most likely take the form of AUR which if that happened wouldn't be much use to me as I would likely have stopped playing. |
