Swarms getting a massive nerf, to the delight of us dropship pilots.
We're currently in the 'community stasis' stage, where lack of obvious progress leads to a demoralising effect on the minority of players who make up the forum, despite how obvious it is that CCP are working their butts off. Generally, forum activity will progress to the "CBF" stage. We are beginning to diagnose signs of the imminent arrival of this CBF stage through the proliferation of the phase "please don't" in threads containing reasonable discussion. A historical example of the CBF stage includes the bacon phase which took these forums by storm just after the stasis which gripped us in that perpetual, twilight period between Chromosome and Uprising.
Following the CBF stage should come the 'flight anticipation' stage, where people get excited about the next big expansion (I'm guessing winter expansion for Christmas) and Flight 514 returns to take willing (and unwilling) passengers to the new world.

the game is ******* awful.
today I saw a guy fly his dropship and it went down to 0 shield 0 armour for no reason.
He was in the middle of nowhere, out in the open, within range of assault rifle fire
so nowhere near the flight ceiling.
and he just died, lost his gorgon for NO REASON. |
