As it stands, the changes to FW will remove ISK rewards and instead implement payment in Loyalty Points (LPs). My question is thus: How in the hell are Corp Taxes and LPs going to work? Will the corporation take a cut of the LPs? Will they be completely separate? How are FW-based corps supposed to benefit from having a tax rate? These seem to me to be important questions that no one has answered or bothered to ask.
What's the deal, CCP? |

What's the deal, CCP? They wont affect us since they only take a cut of the ISK rewards we earn in battle. Since we don't not earn any the corp does not get LP, nor do corps earn LP EVE side, it is only the player who earns LP. |

In EVE they can salvage things, but in Dust, the public match salvage system is so laughably broken that you couldn't possibly hope to make back what you lost. Maybe if FW received the salvage system of PC, it would work much better. Really, this lack of pay might exacerbate the usage of militia BPOs, which isn't a problem with me, but others might take serious issue. |

Looks like it'll be on the shoulders of dust mercs to donate any profits they see fit from LP sales to their respective corp. |

Well, running a militia or BPO fit is an option, albeit it's an option that makes you more squishy to enemy fire. You may not lose very much isk however you do run the risk of running down the clone counter if your team dies too many times. This entails that you lose out on a sizable amount of LP that would have been gained with a winning match.
As an additional note, runny squishy suits can make it easier to grief your team members by jumping on their grenades and in the way of their bullets, royally demolishing their TK meter. |

Perhaps you should read the FW thread. Seriously, before suggesting this kind of thing go and read it.
They are thinking of a salvage system at a reduced rate. |

You sell the FW goodies you get on the player market for high prices, depending on the current state of the FW scene one faction per FW zone will be the rare factional armour and be worth more, since these are suits, and items with fittings bonuses and such they will go for a large sum of ISK compared to standard dropsuit variants.
Corps make money by buying and selling FW content at the right times.
E.G- for 10K LP one tormentor (330K ISK) and a nexus chip (3 Mill ISK or so) I can create a Navy Slicer= 17 Million ISK on the markets. |

I'm reading it and seeing no such mention of anything.
Read it more carefully.
CCP SocksFour wrote: Salvage Rewards Public Contracts uses a system where it generates some random items and hands those out to players. Planetary Conquest uses a system where 50% of the items used in the match are given back to the players. We are looking at taking the system used in Planetary Conquest and applying it to Factional Contracts but with a 25% drop rate instead of 50%.
