Does it cost AUR everytime you buy a Vehicle ? Or can you open up Vehicles with Skill points, enough to be able to buy them with ISK ?

You can indeed buy vehicles for isk, go to your skill tree and then you will see the requirements |

If you intend to do Vehicles, I highly suggest Skilling into it rather than using AUR Tanks. They are quite expensive and you will lose them quickly, especially if you are first learning how to effectively use a Tank.
If you want to get into Tanking, this is a great chance to do it NOW. CCP has stated that there will be a Respec at least for Vehicle skills because of upcoming changes. It has not been confirmed on whether other skills will be refunded. |

It was easier when you could see the skills required while in the market place, but now you'll just have to look at the prerequisites from the skills list. |

go to militia gear in the market select vehicles and select HAVs and shazam you got your first tank no skillz needed , be warned though militia tanks are not very strong!! |

You should be reported to a moderator for giving such bad advice.
An MLT Tank is not a proper view on tanking.
I TAKE THOSE THINGS OUT WITH MASS DRIVERS.
And if they get annoying.......

I know it's kind of inevitable, but where has CCP explicitly stated that there will be a respec for vehicle pilots? |
