The amount of Core Locus spam going on nowadays is simply absurd. It's seriously time to reevaluate grenade restocks from Nanohives. Either put a hard cap on the number of restocks you can have or get rid of them altogether. |

Don't remove restock althogether but grenade resupply needs more of a delay to stop excessive spam. with an ishukone proto hive i can sit there spamming grenade at a ridiculous rate. we need to resupply but not at the rate they currently do. the same could be applied to MD's and flaylocks |

I like Vaughn's idea with restocking nades (not much explosives because mass drivers are meant to drive the masses ) at a slower rate, wouldn't remove restocking them all together as they are meant for crowd control and if you think about it close quarters areal denial.
Not sure if it helps the situation but in grenade prone situations i let randoms take the lead |

But Core spams could be worse.... Remember Contact Grenade Spam?

They barely have enough rounds in a clip (and total ammo) to begin with. Plus the MDs barely tickle until you upgrade them.
Do you know how many times I died because a Supply Depot or nanohive refused to give me ammo while in My logi suit? And leading heavys into the corner that has an RE on it only works so many times. |

Disagree - they are very easy to avoid. If you are dying more than 2 times a match due to grenades you are doing it wrong. |

This is yet again CCP trying to re-invent the wheel. No doubt they will eventually come to the conclusion that grenades should not be replenished from nanohives, but games like Battlefield have already discovered this and implemented the appropriate mechanics into their games for years. |

i haven't had a problem with grenade spam and i'm a scout. i have a bigger problem with MDs. you just have to listen for the cooking sound, and know when GTFO. a good headset will go miles in any online shooting game. |

Oh, I thought we were playing Dust 514, not BF4. Isn't this New Eden? Where the hard, strong, and intelligent prevail? How come that mentality doesn't translate into the console counterpart? |

I just sneak in and put remotes on the hives.. whether I die doing this or not, once I detonate them is usually a easy 5 kills |

How come that mentality doesn't translate into the console counterpart? If that was in regards to my comment, some things are pretty universal in good design for an FPS. Though to be truthful I do think Dust does several things better than BF, like making you vulnerable while capturing an objective or making you vulnerable if you are going to heal a teammate. Still, deployable ammo resuppliers should not resupply grenades, that's universal. Supply depots on the other hand sure, not not nanohives. |

You are correct.
Well i don't want that "universal" thing in Dust. What about the tankers who destroy supply depots just due to the fact that they don't want the other team pulling out swarmys? What do we do then?
The nanohive needs to stay as it is. Working as intended.
This isn't a universal game. While it is good to look at other FPS titles at some point for a little bit of guidance, when dealing with this niche game, the idea should be nullified. |

Personally I think each nanohive should have a grenade resupply limit. (One that doesn't destroy my nanohives when some blueberry decides to resupply his grenades from my nanohive) Make the limit like 1 for militia, 2 for standard, 3 for advanced, and 5 for prototype. It would also give more of an incentive to skill into higher tier nanohives. |

As a scout, I die from explosions more than anything.
Nothing is harder to kill then a tanked logi/assault who can take your damage and cook a grenade, and then throw it at your feet. Can't avoid it, and can't run, since the moment I run, out comes the AR, and ghost turns into a smear on the wall. |
