Obviously something has to happen to the skill points that were put into those skills, and there's no official word from CCP, so people are speculating everything from partial vehicle respecs to being able to purchase respecs. There may have been some talk at EvE Vegas as well(or whatever it is). No official word though.

In fact, it wouldn't surprise me if the only reason they delayed the vehicle changes and weapon changes were to make it line up with the new dropsuits so they only have to issue out a respec one more time.

There are still pro-respec folks who don't like it and anti-respec folks who like it.
